Michelin recently announced that its famous dining guide will soon feature Atlanta restaurants.
Starting this fall, anonymous Michelin food critics will award stars to Atlanta restaurants based on their food quality and service.
Inspectors will use Michelin’s historic methodology rating to judge restaurants on factors such as the quality of products, the harmony of flavors, the mastery of cooking techniques, the voice and personality of the chef reflected in the cuisine and the consistency between each visit and throughout the menu.
