  • 0:00: Rose Scott gives a news brief about travel plans, over the Labor Day weekend, at the world’s busiest airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Andrew Gobeil, spokesperson for Hartsfield-Jackson, talks about any potential delays, and cancellations, due to the catastrophic weather events caused by tropical storm Harvey.
  • 5:32: A preview of this year’s Dragon Con with Dan Carroll, director of media relations for the convention.
  • 24:20: Rose Scott talks to two local elected officials, Georgia Public Service Commissioner Tim Echols and Clarkston Mayor Ted Terry, not about politics, but about their interest in Dragon Con. Echols will be the minister at this year’s Dragon Con chapel.
  • 40:09: We wrap up our Summer Indie Music Series, with local band Trash Panda. The group talks about how they created their sound and their new song  “Atlanta Girls,” which was released earlier this summer.
