Home-cooked Thanksgiving meals might be going out of style — at least for some people. Instead of cooking meals themselves, many people are ordering their Thanksgiving turkeys to go from local restaurants and grocery chains.

In 2016, the National Restaurant Association commissioned ORC International to conduct a survey of 1,022 adults and found that one in 10 Americans planned to eat out that Thanksgiving Day. In addition, one in 20 consumers who planned to dine at home were planning to order a meal from a restaurant.

This year, many of Atlanta’s restaurants are prepared to send families home with precooked Thanksgiving meals. Customers place their orders in advance and pick up their meals during the week of Thanksgiving.

Here are restaurants and grocery chains in Atlanta that are selling precooked turkeys and whole meals for Thanksgiving 2017.
