Atlanta celebrated St. Patrick’s Day this weekend in a parade that took place in Midtown.
The annual parade was produced by a nonprofit called Atlanta St. Patrick’s Parade, Inc. The parade is an annual Atlanta tradition that began in 1958, making it one of the oldest in the United States, according to the event’s website, atlantastpats.com.
The parade continued despite the rainy weather on Saturday, March 17. Next year’s parade is set for March 16, 2019.
