‘The Lost Girls Of Paris’ Tells The Story Of Female Operatives During World War II

They were referred to as “girls,” but the women who made up the British government’s Special Operations Executives during World War II did the same dangerous jobs as their male counterparts.

This real-life group of female secret agents deployed to France in 1944 is the subject of Pam Jenoff’s new novel, “The Lost Girls of Paris.”

She spoke with WABE’s Lois Reitzes ahead of her book talk on Sunday, Feb. 24 at the Marcus JCC of Atlanta.
