Remember playing sports in back high school or college? Well, what happened AFTER graduation?

If you’re like most people you might not be as active.  But that’s not the case with Nura Goodson and Khadija Diggs. They were both runners in college but afterward went even further.

In the StoryCorps Atlanta booth Nura asks Khadijah how she came to focus on “long course triathlon,” that is, any race over 70.3 miles.
