Atlanta Artist Kyle Brooks On His Book ‘Smile A While’

Kyle Brooks calls himself a “streetfolk artist.” He is also known as Black Cat Tips. Brooks spends his time painting, illustrating and constructing folk art.
Now, he has created a book: “Smile A While.”
It’s aimed at children, filled with funny stories and pictures. Brooks joined “City Lights” earlier this week.
Brooks will give a reading and signing of “Smile A While” at The Grove @ Colony Square on Thursday, Aug. 8 from 10 a.m. to noon.
