Vince Anthony has spent the last 41 years heading Atlanta’s Center for Puppetry Arts. He’s taken it from a small outfit that performed modest shows, to one of the world’s premier puppet theater companies.

Not to mention opening up the Jim Henson Collection Gallery, which houses more than 500 puppets in total. Anthony recently announced that he is retiring from his position as executive director.

He joined “City Lights,” and host Lois Reitzes began by asking him what goals he had in mind when he founded the center four decades ago.
