After his years as one of the most popular cast members of “Saturday Night Live,” comedian and actor Jay Pharoah has emerged as one of the most sought-after leading men in comedic film.
Recently starring in the indie-turned-Lionsgate breakout film “The Blackening” and venturing into dramatic roles like the 2023 Casablanca Records biopic “Spinning Gold,” his versatility even has him hosting a hilarious new quiz show, “The Quiz with Balls.”
But Pharoah’s stand-up is still packing theaters, and here in the Atlanta area, he’s about to pack Alpharetta’s Helium Comedy Club for five consecutive performances, May 2-4. Pharoah joined “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes to share the latest in his non-stop, ever-evolving life on camera and stage.
