The Atlanta Speech School was among the nation’s earliest educational centers for students with hearing impairment, speech and language delays and learning disabilities. No student has ever been turned away for financial reasons.
The school is research-based and focuses on using brain and social sciences when teaching children.
Ever innovative, the school is now recognized as the most comprehensive center for language and literacy in the U.S.
The Atlanta Speech School is now ensuring that all children are given access to online preschool learning through its program Atlanta Speech School Pop-Up Early Learning. As with everything they do, the virtual classroom program is open to everyone.

“We’re involved in this effort, in the moment, to meet the crisis, but all that we are doing follows the words that illiteracy is a tragedy of which we must rebel.”
Yates began by explaining how the Atlanta Speech School Pop-Up Early Learning program got its start.
