Living plants from fantastical realms join manmade sculptures of impossible trees at the Atlanta Botanical Garden this summer.

The living horticultural creations of “Alice’s Wonderland” are back by popular demand, along with “Enchanted Trees,” a brand new installation by design group Poetic Kinetics, where outlandish tree sculptures scatter rainbow colors through their translucent leaves.

The two installations are on view at the Atlanta Botanical Garden from May 10 through September. “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes was joined by Mary Pat Matheson, Atlanta Botanical Garden CEO and president, to discuss the two exhibitions.
