“Voices Of Note” Is Bringing The Fun Of Cabaret Into Your Home Virtually

Voices of Note, a partnership between the Atlanta Gay Men’s Chorus and the Atlanta Women’s Chorus, is bringing the fun of cabaret into your home, virtually. “Couch Cabaret” is a free event, consisting of a variety of musical numbers that span many different genres.

The repertoire ranges from Alicia Keys and Lady Gaga to Latin jazz, to Monty Python. Musical theatre favorites like “I Am What I Am” from La Cage aux Folles, and “On My Own” from Les Mis will also be performed.

Artistic director of the Gay Men’s Chorus Don Milton joined “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes to talk about the upcoming event and what we can expect to see from it earlier in the week.
