Chef Kevin Gillespie is known around town for running successful restaurants like Gunshow and Revival. Gunshow is based around the innovative idea that dishes are presented to guests tableside while the cook prepares the meals right in front of patrons. The name is a tribute to Gillespie’s father.

Back during Top Chef’s sixth season, Gillespie came close to winning, with a strong performance in the finals. Recently he was back at it for their All-Star episodes.
