After months of campaigning, a contentious general election, and multiple recounts we’re finally here. It’s Election Day, again, in Georgia.

The outcomes of Tuesday’s runoff races will determine which party holds the majority in the U.S. Senate.

More than 3 million Georgians have voted early. Tuesday, more will head to the polls.

Shortly after polls opened at 7 a.m., former Georgia House Minority leader, gubernatorial candidate and founder of Fair Fight Stacey Abrams joined Closer Look host Rose Scott for a conversation about Georgia’s journey to becoming a battleground state.
