A local nonprofit is working to create at least 2,000 affordable housing options in metro Atlanta.
Amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the homeownership and wealth gap for Black residents, Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership Inc. (ANDP) recently pledged $438 million to make sure affordable housing is available for low-income residents.
