WABE Legal Analyst Discusses Fulton DA’s Request To Be Removed From Rayshard Brooks Case

The Georgia attorney general will decide what happens next in the case of the former Atlanta police officer charged in the shooting death of Rayshard Brooks.

Last week, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis sent a letter to Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr requesting that her office be removed from the case against former Atlanta Police Officer Garrett Rolfe.
