Propel ATL has released its “Voices from the Bus: MARTA Riders Speak Out” report. The bilingual survey aimed to capture the day-to-day experiences of riders on MARTA’s buses. It explored MARTA buses’ service frequency, reliability, accessibility and equity. It asked riders questions about bus stop safety, ticket purchasing and more.

Jeremiah Jones, an advocacy manager at Propel ATL, who uses public transportation to get around town, says it’s important to move from data to dignity.

“We gotta get buses running faster and on time,” he explained on Monday’s edition of “Closer Look.”
