Gwinnett Solicitor General Says He Will Not Prosecute For ‘Line Warming’ Under New Georgia Law
Georgia’s controversial new voting law includes a provision that makes it a misdemeanor to be caught line warming or providing voters in line with snacks, drinks, and other comfort items.
Brian Whiteside is solicitor-general of Gwinnett County, and his office issued a statement saying they will not prosecute line warming in Gwinnett because there is “no rational, legal basis.”
