DeKalb County says it is cracking down on illegal tire dumping.
The county has arrested 10 people accused of dumping since the beginning of its Digital Shield Initiative in late 2025, which employs the controversial Flock camera technology.
Just off of I-285, DeKalb County CEO Lorraine Cochran-Johnson held a press conference Monday in front of Temple of Faith Apostolic Church.
