The son of the Atlanta Police Department’s assistant chief is recovering from injuries suffered in a fatal crash that shut down Peachtree Street for hours Wednesday morning.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office says Ramish Attai was killed in the crash.
The 20-year-old was in the vehicle driven by off-duty APD officer Shawn Jones, Jr.
