At a truck stop diner in the Rust Belt town of Reading, Pennsylvania, a group of formerly incarcerated workers put their heads and hearts together to craft the perfect sandwich.
This is the plotline for “Clyde’s”, the hit comedy play by Lynn Nottage, which enjoyed a successful Broadway run in 2021 and has since become a staple in American theater.
