William Shatner beams up to Atlanta Symphony Hall for a screening of 'Star Trek II'

The popular actor best known as “Captain Kirk” on Star Trek, William Shatner, is beaming up to Symphony Hall Thursday for an evening of storytelling and a screening of “Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.” Shatner joined “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes via Zoom to talk a bit about his career and upcoming appearance in Atlanta.

Shatner is one of Hollywood’s most recognizable figures. The Golden Globe and Emmy award-winning actor is known for memorable roles such as — Sgt. T.J. Hooker, Denny Crane in “Boston Legal” and of course Captain James T. Kirk in “Star Trek.” Following the screening of “Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan,” Shatner will take to the stage to share fascinating and humorous behind-the-scenes stories from his extensive career.
