Blue Man Group returns to Atlanta this weekend with a refreshed national tour that pushes the long-running performance forward while holding onto its signature blend of music, comedy and spectacle.
For the first time in the United States, audiences will meet a new onstage character known as the Rockstar, a live DJ and drummer who brings a different kind of energy into the Blue Man universe. That role will be played by Ursula Sargent, a drummer and composer touring with the company, as it stops at the Fox Theatre.
