Celebrating Irish Music On The Eve Of St. Patrick’s Day

Tuesday is the Feast of Saint Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland.

The Irish holiday –known as St. Patrick’s Day– is celebrated worldwide. American versions have often included parades, the wearing of green, and the consumption of culturally appropriate food and libations. Music figures strongly into Irish, and other Celtic cultures.
