The Georgia Association of Community Service Boards was established in 1994 to ensure that all Georgians receive the highest quality of care, no matter their income or health insurance status.
The association is composed of 22 Community Service Boards (CSB) organizations, located throughout Georgia, serving residents in all counties. Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is among the organizations.
