A new women-only facility is opening in DeKalb County for those experiencing homelessness.
Georgia Works, a nonprofit working to end homelessness, partnered with A Home For Everyone In DeKalb and the Oakhurst Center for Community to expand its housing and workforce program and launch one for women.
Risa Savol, who is 53, has been unhoused since October of last year.
