Billy Knight, a veteran professional sports executive and the former general manager for the Atlanta Hawks, says there are so many barriers to landing front office positions for professional sports teams.
Knight and C.J. Stewart, a former professional baseball player and the co-founder of the nonprofit L.E.A.D., were guests on Thursday’s edition of “Closer Look.”
They talked with program host Rose Scott about several professional sports-related topics, including athletes advocating for social justice and the lack of minority head coaches.
