Found Stages Takes Play About Women In Tech To Tech Companies
Found Stages is exactly what it sounds like. The roving theater company takes theater off the stage and into untraditional spaces.
This time, they are taking a play about women in tech, called “Empty Rooms,” into tech workplaces. Found Stages opens the show at General Assembly Tuesday evening and will then move the show to the Garage at Tech Square, Alkaloid Networks, Strongbox West, the Emory Center for Ethics and Lewis Finch Studios in Stone Mountain. A full schedule is here.
“City Lights” host Lois Reitzes spoke with the show’s playwright Annie Harrison Elliott, actor Mary Russell and Found Stages co-founder Nichole Palmietto about the production.
