Ga. Teens Arrested In Theft Of Sweet Tea Dispenser

Forsyth County sheriff’s officials say two teens have been arrested after stealing a restaurant’s sweet tea dispenser and posting video of the theft to social media.

Forsyth County Sheriff’s Deputy Robin Regan tells the Atlanta-Journal Constitution the teens stole the tea dispenser from a local Subway restaurant last week and posted video of the theft to Twitter.

Regan says one of the restaurant’s employees recognized one of the teens and saw the video online. Ragan says both teens have been arrested on theft charges. Their identities haven’t been released.

Officials said on the department’s Facebook page that sometimes their job can be tough, and sometimes criminals can make it easy.
