The Georgia Register of Historic Places has added 11 new listings this month, including six located in Atlanta.

The listings were approved on Oct. 24 at the meeting of Georgia’s National Register Review Board, and were announced by the register in a press release on Dec. 2.

According to the release, nominations to the state register are a part of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs’ (DCA) mission to develop “strong and vibrant communities.”
