January has become a time many use to reflect on their drinking habits after overindulging during the holidays, and many now participate in “dry January” or related practices as part of their New Year’s resolutions.

Even beyond that, there has been an increasing interest in a sober-curious lifestyle with many restaurants and bars offer a growing selection on non-alcoholic offerings year-round alongside their traditional cocktails.
