On Wednesday, Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero dismissed a lawsuit filed against Fulton County’s election board.
The lawsuit was filed earlier this year by a small group spearheaded by Garland Favorito, claiming fraudulent mail-in ballots in the 2020 presidential election.
The dismissal of the lawsuit falls on the heels of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger calling for the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate Fulton County elections following the recent firing of two employees who are accused of shredding 300 voter applications.
