Governor Deal Pledges to Keep State Archives Open; Details to Come Later

Georgia Governor Nathan Deal has now promised to keep the state archives open. As WABE’s Denis O’Hayer reports, the Governor’s pledge came just days after Secretary of State Brian Kemp announced staff cuts at the archives, and serious limitations on future public access to them.
