Hundreds of proposed bills pass on Crossover Day

Monday marked Crossover Day in Georgia.

On Tuesday’s edition of “Closer Look,” WABE politics reporter Sam Gringlas said that roughly 125 bills moved forward.

During the conversation, Gringlas talked about several proposed bills that are one step closer to becoming law.

The list of bills covered several areas including single-family zoning, potentially charging for electric vehicles charging and banning treatment for transgender youth.
