Jim Hodgson’s New Comedy ‘Toxic Male Fantasy’ Addresses ‘The Male Gaze’
Bellona is the greatest warrior in her realm. She has to defeat the evil wizard and find her creator.

In Village Theatre’s new show, “Toxic Male Fantasy,” the realm’s greatest warrior, Bellona, is in a dilemma. She learns that her storyline is written by a man in another dimension — our dimension. Beyond defeating the evil wizard in her realm, she seeks to find her creator.
Jim Hodgson wrote and directs the comedy and he spoke with “City Lights’” producer Summer Evans.
The play will be performed every Friday night through May 22*.
*The play was extended from April 24
