The family of Martin Luther King Jr. has responded to the news of President Donald Trump’s executive order to declassify the remaining federal records relating to King’s assassination in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1968.

The executive order Trump signed Thursday also aims to declassify the remaining federal records relating to the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and U.S. Sen. Robert F. Kennedy. The order is among a flurry of executive actions Trump has quickly taken in the first week of his second term.

Speaking to reporters, Trump said, “everything will be revealed.”
