To heal a world in crisis, we must rethink our “legacy” and invest in something bigger than ourselves.

That’s the overarching theme of a new book by Atlanta’s own Martin Luther King III, and his wife and fellow activist Arndrea Waters King. “What Is My Legacy?: Realizing a New Dream of Connection, Love and Fulfillment” is co-authored by brothers and human rights activists Mark and Craig Kielburger.

The Kings says they carry the weight of MLK Jr.’s legacy and his dream of a beloved community — and there’s no better time to publish this book, in such divisive, disconnected times ahead of President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration, which happens to fall on the King Holiday.

The Kings sat down with WABE’s “Morning Edition” ahead of this historic MLK Day.
