The Georgia Early Education Alliance for Ready Students (GEEARS) and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce have partnered to help working families and Georgia employers.

The organizations have launched The Best Place for Working Parents initiative in the Peach State. The national initiative and network aims to reduce parent-related workforce challenges and promote family-centered business practices.

On Monday’s edition of “Closer Look,” Daniela Perry, the executive director of the Georgia Chamber Foundation, and Mindy Binderman, the executive director of GEEARS, talked with show host Rose Scott about the initiative and how Georgia employers can take part in the initiative by taking a three-minute survey.
