Now that Gov. Brian Kemp has partially re-opened the state’s economy, it’s up to many business owners to decide when it is right for them to return to work in-person.

Kemp’s executive order allowed gyms, hair and nail salons, bowling alleys and tattoo parlors to open with restrictions on Friday. Restaurants are allowed to resume dine-in service as of Monday.

Morris Smith, owner of the Grant-Park business, Sideline Cutz, caught up with “Closer Look” host Rose Scott on Monday evening after his barbershop had closed for the day. They discussed Smith’s decision to re-open his business and the steps he’s taking to keep his customers and employees safe.
