The U.S. Supreme Court has blocked President Joe Biden’s $400 Billion plan to cancel or reduce federal student loan debts for millions of Americans. Usha Rackliffe, a legal expert and an associate professor in the practice of accounting at Emory University, discusses the implications of the high court’s decision.
