Presented by United Way of Greater Atlanta, hosted by Algebra Blessett, June 26th

WABE MixTape LIVE returns to Atlanta June 26 with United Way of Greater Atlanta as presenting sponsor and Atlanta R&B favorite Algebra Blessett hosting. The one-day music fest produced by WABE, Atlanta’s choice for NPR and PBS, happens 12–5 p.m., June 26 at Monday Night Garage.

Now in its second year, WABE MixTape LIVE features performances by Atlanta talent who entered the 2022 NPR Tiny Desk Contest, local vendors and opportunities to meet WABE staff in person. Tickets are now available at wabe.org/mixtapelive22.

MixTape LIVE’s 2022 lineup was selected with guidance from Atlanta cultural leaders, including WABE 90.1 FM’s City Lights host Lois Reitzes, Punk Black head coordinator Von Phoenix, music-publishing executive Nikki Marshall and music journalists Jacinta Howard and Jessica Goodson.

“Helping to choose the WABE MixTape LIVE lineup is always a treat for me,” said City Lights host Lois Reitzes. “Amplifying Atlanta’s creative talent is what we do every day on City Lights. And, like everyone else, I am a big NPR Tiny Desk fan.
