Shaky Knees announced via email to ticket holders that they may now request a full refund through May 27.
The Atlanta-based music festival was officially postponed on March 18 due to fears of the coronavirus, but no refunds were immediately offered. After the announcement, many took to Twitter to voice their frustrations with the festival.
Are we going to be able to get refunds if we can’t attend those dates? I can go another 30 years in my life without seeing the strokes but I can’t miss my daughters first birthday. No thanks.
