The new WABE podcast “The Boom” is a hub for creators and fans of TV and Film. Each week they bring interviews with high-profile and everyday people who keep Atlanta’s Film and TV economy running smoothly. And, during this unusual time in the industry with the writer’s and actor’s strikes, the podcast also aims to share news and reflections.
The show is hosted by Jewel Wicker, an entertainment and culture reporter with credits at Atlanta Magazine, GQ, Teen Vogue and the New York Times.
In this interview, “City Lights” senior producer Kim Drobes spoke with Wicker about the podcast.
