Georgia Restaurant Association CEO: Group Supports Heightened Sanitation, Procedures

Georgia restaurants will be able to offer in-service dining with restrictions. For example, salad bars and buffets won’t be allowed, and all employees must wear masks at all times.

Starting Monday, restaurants in Georgia will be allowed to reopen for in-dining service — but with a number of restrictions.

Because of social-distancing measures geared toward “complicating” the spread of COVID-19, no more than 10 patrons will be allowed for every 500 square feet of space.

Salad bars and buffets aren’t allowed. And all employees must wear masks at all times.
