It’s Morris Brown College.

Founded in 1881, Morris Brown lost its accreditation in 2002. Without accreditation, the school could no longer access federal funding, including federal financial aid and Pell grants, and could not offer international student visas.

In 2022, the college announced it had received full accreditation from the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS), a Virginia-based accreditation agency.

A Trump campaign staffer and onetime White House aide, Roman was charged with several conspiracy counts related to the Republican elector meeting and the filing of the elector certificate in Georgia. Roman has pleaded not guilty to the charges in Georgia.

He was also charged in Arizona. It wasn’t immediately clear whether he had a lawyer in Arizona yet.

Multiple demonstrators who had set up an encampment on Emory’s campus to protest the Israel-Hamas war and a controversial public safety training center in Atlanta that opponents dub “Cop City” were arrested by the Atlanta Police Department, Emory Police Department and Georgia State Patrol Thursday morning.

The website, founded by brothers Jim and Joe Hoft, faces several defamation suits, one of which is a lawsuit from Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss over false claims about election fraud in the 2020 U.S. presidential election that resulted in their harassment.
