Scores of Clayton residents faced busted pipes and flooding in their homes after multiple days of recent freezing cold weather throughout the metro Atlanta area. Water main breaks throughout the county cut off water to many more.
County officials set up water distribution points at various fire stations in areas like Riverdale and Jonesboro.
Earlier this week, resident Arthur English waited in line for water at one of the distribution sites. English, along with many others, had been without water for days.
