Scientists discuss how climate change has impacted pollen season

Spring is just days away, but the pollen season is here.

On Thursday’s edition of “Closer Look,” show host Rose Scott talks with Lewis Ziska, a professor at Columbia University, and  Brooke Lappe, a research scientist and doctoral student at Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University.

The guests talk with Scott about why pollen season came early this year, what Georgians can do to protect themselves and the ongoing need for pollen monitoring.
