The historic Druid Hills Presbyterian Church located on Ponce de Leon Avenue recently commissioned a new public art installation that invites congregation members and onlookers to experience a moment of reflection in the multitude of mirrors comprising the work titled “Assembly,” by Atlanta multimedia artist Gregor Turk.
The new installation is on view through April 2025.
On Tuesday, Turk joined “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes, along with Eric Dusenbury, Druid Hills Presbyterian Church clerk of session, to discuss “Assembly” and the role of public art in this community landmark.
