Delta Air Lines Seeks 1,000 New Flight Attendants
To qualify for the Delta flight attendant jobs, applicants must be allowed to work in the U.S., have a high school degree or GED, be fluent in English and be at least 21 years old by Jan. 1, 2019.

Delta Air Lines is looking to fill 1,000 flight attendant positions.
Once hired, expect to work days and nights flying from city to city, starting next year, according to Delta.
“The best flight attendants in the world wear the wings of Delta and we’ll be looking for top talent as we welcome 1,000 new members to the Delta family,” Allison Ausband, Delta’s senior vice president — in-flight service, said on the company website. “Our people are known for their engaging personalities, ability to listen, composure and teamwork — if this sounds like you, apply to come fly with us.”
To qualify for the high-altitude job, candidates must be allowed to work in the U.S., have a high school degree or GED and be fluent in English. Also, prospective flight attendants need to be at least 21 years old by Jan. 1, 2019.
Applicants will have a leg up on competitors if they’ve already completed higher education, worked for an airline before or can speak another language other than English fluently.
