Since 2017, The Lola has worked to help women thrive professionally. Dana Xavier Dojnik, the CEO of The Lola, says it’s so much more than a coworking space.

She says she and her team have been working to push the company forward. However, the supportive third space for women may soon have to shut its doors at the end of June amid ongoing federal funding cuts under the Trump administration.

Xavier Dojnik says many Lola members are experiencing funding disruptions. Those cuts are having a trickle-down effect from nonprofit organizations to for-profit businesses.
